Behavioral Health Treatment, Reimagined

Founded in Washington, DC · Built for National Impact

Atonement Behavioral Health is a behavioral health organization designed to solve structural gaps across the treatment continuum for patients, hospitals, payers, and communities.

We are developing a fully integrated, step-down model of care for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders — aligning clinical quality, operational discipline, and long-term recovery outcomes.

Our platform is being built to support safe hospital discharges, reduce system friction, and deliver consistent, evidence-based care from stabilization through sustained recovery.

Our Mission

Atonement is about restoration—taking responsibility, repairing what was broken, and building something healthier going forward.

We provide structured, evidence-based behavioral health treatment designed to support accountability, healing, and long-term recovery.

Our approach recognizes that sustainable recovery is not about erasing the past, but about integrating it—using clinical care, structure, and continuity to help individuals stabilize, step down appropriately, and rebuild their lives.

Founded in Washington, DC, Atonement Behavioral Health is being built to serve patients locally, regionally, and nationally through a scalable, clinically grounded model of care.

Our Model

Atonement Behavioral Health is designed around continuity rather than fragmentation.

Our approach emphasizes accountability, therapeutic engagement, and progression toward independence.
